Rosemary A. Hare (nee Thomas) of Barrington, passed away on October 12, 2024, at the age of 81. She was the beloved wife of the late John Hare and devoted sister of Michelle Funatsu.

Rosemary was born in Rochester, NY and came to Philadelphia in the 1970s. She spent 40 years working in the insurance industry and retired as a Senior Commercial Underwriter for Nationwide. Rosemary was a voracious reader, an animal lover and member of the National Audubon Society. She was a regular contributor to Nature Conservancy and the Camden County Animal Shelter. Rosemary was a longtime resident of Barrington who volunteered at, and contributed to, various community organizations. She was Vice President of the Barrington Young at Heart Club, and a generous supporter of the Barrington Food Pantry, Volunteer Fire Company and annual Christmas toy drive.

Services and interment are private.
