Rita T. Ruley (nee Loscalzo) of Philadelphia, passed away on March 17, 2013 at the age of 90. Beloved wife of the late Donald. Devoted sister of Mae (late Elias) Saddic, the late Mary (Joseph) Spallone and the late Joseph, Daniel, Michael and Albert Loscalzo. Dear aunt of Jill (Daniel, Sr.) Incollingo, Donna Saddic, Roe (Larry) Grasso and Nicholas Spallone. Also survived by many great nieces and nephews and great great nephews.
