Michael A. DiMedio of Haddonfield, passed away on September 21, 2018, at the age of 87. Beloved husband of Loretta (nee Tomassini). Devoted father of Adele, Michael (Victoria), Diana, David (Elizabeth) and Paula. Loving grandfather of Justin, Matthew, Laura, David, Brittany, Dina Rose and Sophia. Dear great grandfather of Madison. He is survived by his brother-in-law, Frank Angelucci and was predeceased by 6 brothers and 1 sister.
Michael, a long-time resident of Haddonfield, who owned a business in Camden, enjoyed a full and happy life with activities including family events and dinners, summers at the shore, watching sports, playing poker with his friends and handicapping the horse races. He was a charter member, past president and honorary lifetime member of the Haddon Heights Sons of Italy Lodge 2311, where he was very active until his recent illness. One of his many activities was playing Bocce in the league that he helped to start. Michael was also a member of the Knights of Columbus Santa Maria Council.
Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing, Friday from 6 to 9 PM and Saturday from 9 to 10:30 AM at TERRANOVA FUNERAL HOME, 402 White Horse Pike, Haddon Heights. Funeral Mass Saturday 11 AM, St. Rose of Lima Church, 4th Ave. and Kings Hwy., Haddon Heights. Entombment Calvary Cemetery.
