Obituary

Maryann Trinkner (nee D'Ambrosio) of Williamstown, passed away on December 8, 2025, at the age of 72. Beloved wife of Geoffrey. Devoted mother of Geoffrey, Jr. (Candace). Dear sister of the late Lisa Fink. She is also survived by nephews, Tito and Justin Fink; aunt, Emily Bilotta (Andrew); uncle, Nicholas Mancuso and cousins.

Maryann lived a vibrant and joy-filled life that touched the hearts of all who knew her.

Throughout her life, Maryann worked in a variety of retail and customer service positions, including roles at Sears, Verizon, AC Moore, and US Vision. In each of these positions, she brought dedication and warmth to her work. However, it was later in life that she discovered her true calling—working as a teacher's aide at the James W. Lilley School in Gloucester Township, New Jersey. There, she found immense joy supporting teachers and nurturing students from kindergarten and up. Her presence in the classroom was cherished by both staff and students alike.

Maryann's love for music and theater was a defining part of who she was. From an early age, she could be found singing along to her favorite songs and show tunes—whether in the car or seated beside you at a performance. Her passion led her to join The Road Company, a local theater group in Williamstown, where she participated both on stage and behind the scenes. Among her many performances, her favorite remained their production of *Forever Plaid*. She also delighted in attending Broadway musicals over the years, with *Wicked* holding a special place in her heart.

A woman of many interests, Maryann was an avid reader and collector. She had an eye for all things "cute and sparkly," amassing a beloved collection that included Barbies, Hallmark holiday decorations, Precious Moments figurines, moose-themed items, and whimsical mice collectibles. Her home reflected her joyful spirit and love for beauty in everyday things.

Maryann's personality was as radiant as her collections—funny, caring, generous, kind, and deeply understanding. She had a gift for making connections; no matter where she went or what the circumstance, she would always make a new friend or two along the way. Her warmth brought joy to countless lives and left behind a legacy of beautiful memories.

She was well known among those close to her for her delicious crabs and spaghetti dinners and her unwavering love of chocolate. Whether playing board games or card games with loved ones or indulging in one of her favorite pastimes—shopping—Maryann embraced life with enthusiasm. Yet some of her most treasured moments were the quiet ones: cuddled up on the couch with her beloved dog Mitzi and husband Geoff, watching television together.

Maryann's life was one filled with laughter, love, creativity, and compassion. She will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

May her memory bring comfort to those who knew her and continue to inspire kindness and joy in the world around us.
