WADSWORTH, MARIE (nee Koenig), 69, of Clearwater, FL died from complications of breast cancer on Feb. 22, 2016. She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Kenneth, and his adult children: Susan (Robert) Haggerty of Potomac, MD and Robin (Cindy) Wadsworth of Sellersville, PA; her siblings: George (Francine) Koenig of Haddonfield, NJ; Catherine (Richard) Kahl of Cinnaminson, NJ; Jeanne Meredith of Maple Shade, NJ and Joseph (Adele) Koenig of Grass Valley, CA. Marie is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was a graduate of Notre Dame Academy, Rittenhouse Square; LaSalle University; and, Penn's Wharton School of Business. Marie retired from Verizon after 27 years of service and moved to Clearwater, FL in 2004. In retirement, she was a volunteer with Suncoast Hospice Foundation. She was also actively involved with the Island Estates Women's Club and served as its president for many years. She was involved with administrative and social matters at Horizon House, Inc. of Clearwater, where she lived. A Celebration of Marie's Life will be held at 10 AM, Saturday, May 21, at TERRANOVA FUNERAL HOME, 402 White Horse Pike, Haddon Heights, NJ. A Service of Christian Burial will follow at 11 AM, at the funeral home.
