Man Fai Chan of Havertown, PA, passed away on September 30, 2018, at the age of 69. Beloved husband of Man Lai Chan-Fung. Devoted father of Kevin Chan. Loving son of Sun Kui Chan. Dear brother of Helen Kong. He is also survived by his cousin Alice Doerfler and her husband George Doerfler. Man Fai was born in Hong Kong, China. He was working in the clothing industry where he met his wife, then in 1992 he moved, with his family to the United States. At that time, Man Fai changed his career and became a chef. He worked in a few different restaurants, until he retired in 2015.
