My Mom, a lifelong lover of good food, family, and four-legged companions, passed away peacefully on July 27, 2025, at the age of 88 in Woodbury, NJ. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on July 11, 1937, Glenna lived a full and vibrant life marked by creativity, warmth, and a generous spirit.

Glenna was preceded in death by her husband Vernon Goff, whom she was married to for over 40yrs.  She is lovingly remembered by her children, Patrick Mitchell and Alexis Gray, her devoted children-in-law, Tracey Mitchell and Simon Gray, and her cherished grandchildren, Pierce, Alex, Spencer, and Sophia. Mimi's love for her family was evident in everything she did, from her unforgettable meals to her heartfelt gatherings that brought everyone together.

A passionate and talented cook, Glenna hosted countless dinner parties over the years, creating not just delicious meals but lasting memories for all who sat at her table. Her home was always open, warm, and filled with laughter, delicious aromas, and the companionship of beloved dogs.

Her love for animals extended beyond the home as she actively participated in dog shows, from Burlington, NJ to Savannah, GA for many years. In her later years, Glenna discovered a unique passion for crafting bear dolls. She poured love and detail into each creation, resulting in a collection of stunning bears that reflected her artistic flair and gentle spirit.

Glenna's life was defined by grace, generosity, and an enduring love for her family and passions. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew her.

At this time there will be no local service in NJ or VA, Glenna will be entombed with her husband in Arlington National Cemetery in the coming months.   A memorial service will be held directly following.
