Elizabeth Brown-Pelis "Betty" (nee Carbone) of Audubon, passed away on September 12, 2023, at the age of 86. Beloved wife of Nicholas. Devoted mother of Michael Brown of Audubon, Elaine Sheeron (George) of Bellmawr and Paul Brown of Bellmawr. Loving grandmother of Gary Hemphill, Eric Hemphill and Nicholas Brown. Dear aunt of Theresa Gillespie and Diane Chrzanowski. She is the daughter of the late Yolanda and Joseph Carbone and sister of the late Lorraine Gillespie.

Betty graduated from Camden Catholic High School in 1955. She had a great sense of humor and was the "life of the party." Betty traveled extensively with friends. She loved roller skating, weekly dances and weekends in Atlantic City with her husband, and going to the casinos with her friends. Betty was loved by all those who knew her and will be dearly missed.

Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation Saturday, September 16, 2023, from 9 to 11 AM, followed by her Memorial Service at 11 AM at TERRANOVA FUNERAL HOME, 402 White Horse Pike, Haddon Heights.
