Donald B. Mark, Esq. of Washington Township, New Jersey passed away on September 1, 2024, at the age of 66. Beloved husband of Joyce D. Mark (nee Baxter). Devoted father of Jessica and Rebecca Mark. Loving son of Pearl and the late Herbert Mark. Dear brother of Judy Mark. Don is also survived by Joyce's loving family, who became his family for the last 50 years of life with Joyce. He was a loving brother-in-law and uncle to Joyce's family members.

Don loved family and life. Family always came first above everything else. He was a kind and generous man known as Uncle Don to his many nieces, nephews, and grand nieces and nephews. He loved to travel with his family and visited all fifty states as well as Canada and many countries in Europe. One of Don's favorite destinations was Florida, especially Disney World and Celebration, Florida. Don was a talented drummer, played the piano, enjoyed classic rock music, and attended countless concerts. He loved baseball especially the Philadelphia Phillies and visited many ballparks around the country collecting baseballs from each ballpark. Don was a successful elder law attorney who practiced in Stratford, New Jersey where he grew up. He thoroughly enjoyed his work. His positive outlook on life and his sense of humor touched anyone who had the opportunity to know him.

As requested by Don, there will not be any public services.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to a charity of the donor's choice.
