Charlotte A.
Eline
Mar 27, 1928 — Mar 30, 2022
Charlotte A. Eline (nee Andrien), 94 of Woodbury Heights, formerly of Cherry Hill, passed away on March 30 th , days after celebrating her 94 th birthday. She was the daughter of the late Alfred J. and Angela Dobie Andrien. Beloved mother of Charlotte Cohen, Joette Metzler, and the late Alfred L. Eline, Kathy Ann Dominik, and Barbara Eline-Knight. Former wife of the late Alfred E. Eline. Loving Mom-Mom of grandchildren David Cohen (Melissa), Daniel Cohen (Rachel), Alfred Eline (Hope), Dorothy Iaquinto (Michael), Matthew Dominik (Megan), Kirsten Nelson (Travis), Kimberly Knight, Jackelyn and Christopher Conner who shared their home with Mom-Mom for the last 7 years. Treasured Great Mom-Mom of Taylor (Dustin), Andrew (Skyler), Carli, Tyler, Seth, Nathan, Jason, Olivia, Samantha, Mckenzie, Kylee, Kayden, soon to be baby Jameson, and Carson Conner who was blessed to be Mom-Mom's daily companion. Charlotte is also survived by many loving family members; son-in laws Martin Cohen (Judy) and Michael Dominik (Joan), her Godson Walter "Butchie" Tierney, fond nieces and nephews, and by Meghan McCarthy and Heather Edwards.
Charlotte was one of four sisters; Marie, Dorothy, and Madelyn. Charlotte's sister Maddy was her best friend who she enjoyed many visits with and much laughter. Charlotte was very proud that she lived longer than anyone in the Andrien family. Chocolate was her secret to a long life! Charlotte was a skilled "beautician", an avid sewer, and made the best gravy. She enjoyed her years teaching ballroom dancing, watching Shirley Temple movies, and her old time game shows. Mom-Mom, as many lovingly called her, was one of a kind and will be dearly missed by all who loved her.
Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing, Thursday, April 7, 2022, from 6 to 8 PM, followed by a eulogy at 8 PM at TERRANOVA FUNERAL HOME, 402 White Horse Pike, Haddon Heights. Charlotte's Funeral Mass will be Friday, April 8, 2022, at 10 AM at St. Margaret's Church, 845 Third Street, Woodbury Heights. Interment will follow the Mass at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Chews Landing, NJ.
In lieu of flowers, the family will accept potted plants, for a garden the great grandchildren are planting, in memory of their Mom-Mom; or, donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital to which Charlotte made monthly donations for nearly 30 years in honor of her granddaughter Jackelyn- a childhood cancer survivor www.stjude.org .
