Anthony was born in 1935, son of Antonio LoGiurato and Mariangela (Innella) LoGiurato, youngest brother of Saverio LoGiurato (deceased), Carmella DeRosa (deceased), Nancy Marchiano (deceased), Rita Wells (deceased). He spent his early childhood in South Philadelphia. He was a Hummer, attending Girard College at the age of 6. He met the love of his life Evelyn a symphony musician and graduate of J. W. Hallahan, while she worked at the movie theater. It was love at first sight. Evelyn turned down a full scholarship to The Julliard School to say yes to her Love. Anthony won a full ride to Rutgers University after writing an essay entitled 'Winter Snow', was accepted to Jefferson medical school while working at the famed Latin Casino. He was an entrepreneur before they had the word entrepreneur, a successful self-made man. At 29 became partner at Bainbridge Auto, retiring at 45 but continued his passion for building. He loved music especially his wife Evelyn's whether at one of her concerts or playing her piano at home and singing. On New Years Day he would be strutting down Broad Street. A true Mummer. He was a member of La Casa Di Pazzi and the Associazione Regionale Abruzzese Club. Anthony was a Champ, a Golden Glove Middle weight fighter. In 1952-53 Joey Giardello was his sparring partner for the middle weight title fights. Anthony played semi-pro football for the Italians as a quarterback well into his 40's, wearing leather helmets. He enjoyed playing half ball, bocce, football, baseball, horseback riding, hunting, skeet, reading, swimming, with an overall veracious zest for life. He would often be seen with a big smile on his face and just as big cigar in his hand. Anthony was a renaissance Man.

On any given Saturday He would invite the boys over and tell them "Evelyn's cooking" they would show up in droves. Those summer days were spent mixing cement setting the stone you see today.

As Patriarch of his family he was full of inspiration and wisdom who has touched the hearts of so many, offering endless stories, life lessons, great memories, tales of years past and his love and devotion. His sage advice will live on.
